Springhill Church Leadership
We are an elder led congregation. We operate in plurality of leadership. This means that each elder shoulders the responsibility of being an equal under shepherd of Jesus Christ, the great Shepherd. Our desire is for each member of the church to grow into the full stature of Jesus Christ. Therefore, the elders will teach, pray and guide each member according to God’s word. (Ephesians 4:11-16, Hebrews 13:17)
